At Stories & Ink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tattoo care. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all skincare products are unopened in their original packaging and securely place them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
